Hi I’m Lizz!
I specialise as a Parent Coach (in training for my certification) an Art Therapist, Life Coach and Home Educating Mum!
I’m here to provide support, understanding and be an important outlet for Neurodivergent people who are parents to Neurodivergent or otherwise disabled children.
By supporting you, I hope to also support your kids.

Being someone with ADHD myself (likely Autistic too) with a long and rich history of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and Depression 🧠
Raising two wonderful neurodivergent children and home educating them, I have a profound understanding of the obstacles you’re facing while navigating a world that isn't always accommodating to our needs.

My online facebook support group ‘The Neurodivergent Parenting Revolution’ was created for parents just like me, a space for sharing our journeys with others who are going through the same process and struggling to remember who we were to begin with…
The whole journey brought me, personally, to my knees. I really don’t want anyone feeling as alone as I did back then.
So that’s why I’m doing what I do.
I hope I can support you on your journey too.

two Awesome Kids- I have a 20 year old son who is Autistic and a 13 year old daughter who is very likely ADHD like me.
I’m divorced…
am now with my fantastic partner-betrothed to be married soon…we’ve been together 15 years! It’s time!
Art is my therapy…
I love to paint with acrylic paints, up cycle charity shop finds and draw, glue & create everyyythingggg!
My childhood hobby…
was Horse Riding & I was lucky to have a mum who supported me wholeheartedly-despite struggling to find the money. Thanks Mumma!
